The McGinley Square Partnership is proud to introduce a limited-time 3:1 Matching Grant Program designed to help local property owners and businesses invest in the appearance and long-term success of their storefronts and commercial properties throughout the district.

This initiative was created to support visible exterior improvements that contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant McGinley Square while helping businesses strengthen their presence along the corridor. Through this program, eligible applicants may receive up to $5,000 in matching funds for approved facade improvement projects.

Eligible improvements may include:

  • New storefront signage

  • Exterior painting and facade restoration

  • Lighting upgrades

  • Awnings and window improvements

  • Landscaping and planters

  • Entryway enhancements

  • Exterior aesthetic upgrades that improve the overall streetscape

As McGinley Square continues to grow and evolve, this program is intended to encourage reinvestment in the district while helping small businesses and property owners create welcoming storefronts that attract residents, visitors, and new customers.

Business owners and property owners interested in participating are encouraged to begin planning their projects early, as funding will be available on a limited basis and applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis pending approval and available funding.
